Brick City Branding is owned by Emily Derrick and her daughter-in-law Breanna Derrick.
Together, with their husbands Shawn and Anthony, they serve businesses across multiple industries, bringing hands-on experience from real companies, real customers, and real sales conversations.

A professional artist, published creator, and founder of Art With Em, Emily brings a trained eye for balance, craftsmanship, and consistency. She ensures every brand looks intentional, cohesive, and something clients are proud to put their name on.

She works with business owners to simplify decisions, remove noise, and focus on what actually matters. Her role is to ensure branding choices are practical, aligned with how the business operates, and easy to maintain as the company grows.
Sales Strategy & Business Systems
As the founder of Legacy Sales Engineering, Shawn designs sales systems and trains teams to communicate better, follow up smarter, and close more consistently. That background shapes Brick City Branding’s philosophy.
Operations & Execution
He ensures that what is designed is what gets delivered, on time and to spec. From apparel quality to fulfillment timelines, Anthony protects consistency and reliability across every project.
